Farrer Park Hospital

Farrer Park Hospital is a private tertiary healthcare institute set up to offer a fresh approach to medical treatment.

The hospital, which has a medical centre attached, is also part of a lifestyle concept which combines healthcare and hospitality. It is set in a new 20-storey building – Connexion - which houses a hotel, a spa and Owen Link.

The complex sits on top of the Farrer Park MRT station, in an area rich in history.

Officially opened in March 2016 Farrer Park Hospital (FPH), Singapore’s newest private healthcare service provider, was lauded the “Best New Hospital of the Year in Asia Pacific” award at the Global Health and Travel (GHT) Awards. The award under the GHT Consumer Choice awards programme surveyed over 6,500 end-customers across 12 countries in the Asia Pacific region before a winner is decided.

One of the first hospitals to be closely integrated with a Five Star hotel and medical centre within a single building, the construct seamlessly connects patients with family members and doctors under one roof. The hotel ambiance is imbued throughout the facility enhanced with customised scents and liberal displays of over 700 Asian art pieces

A technologically focused hospital with real time information flowing to doctors’ mobile devices allowing them to work anywhere in the world as if they are in the hospital itself, FPH also adopts a biophilic design where 15 lush gardens are dispersed neatly within. The gardens provide patients, caregivers and even employees, a short respite from the hospital environment which may help lessen stress, encourage well-being which in turn improves productivity and healing.
